A better career. No new degree.

If you are in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and you feel stuck at work, this site is for you.

You want higher pay, more flexibility, and work that does not drain you.

You also know one thing for sure. You do not want to go back for a four year degree.

No New Degree exists for people like you.

I help you:

  • Understand your real options

  • Find realistic paths into better careers

  • Discover programs and training that do not require a new degree

Then I point you to programs that fit your life, not the other way around.

Who this site is for

This site is for you if:

  • You feel stuck in your current job or industry

  • You want more income or more control over your time

  • You do not want to start over in college

  • You are willing to study and work, but you need a clear path

Maybe you have a family. Maybe you have a mortgage.

You are not looking for a hypey promise.

You want a practical way forward.

What you will find here

On No New Degree you will find:

  • Honest guides on different career paths

  • Breakdowns of bootcamps, certificates, online programs, and trades

  • Pros and cons, not just sales talk

  • Checklists to help you judge if a program is a good fit

You will not see:

  • “Get rich in 30 days” claims

  • Fake salary promises

  • Pressure to quit your job tomorrow

This is a place for grown up career change.

How to use this site

You can think of this site in three parts.

1. Understand your options

Start with guides that explain different directions you can go.

For example: coding, data, UX, tech sales, remote friendly roles, or skilled trades.

2. Choose a path that fits your life

Once you see a few options, you can compare:

  • How long they take

  • How much they cost

  • What the day to day work is like

  • What skills you already have that carry over

3. Explore programs and training

When a path looks promising, I will point you to programs that match it.

Some links on this site are affiliate links.

It does not cost you extra, and it helps keep this resource free.

Start here

If you are not sure where to begin, start with one of these guides:

  • “Is a coding bootcamp worth it if you are 32 and hate your job”

  • “Bootcamp vs online degree vs self study. Which makes sense for you”

  • “10 remote friendly careers you can train for in under 12 months”

These posts will live in the Guides section as you build them.

For now, you can leave these as plain text.

Later we will turn them into links.

 A quick note

I am not a career counselor and I cannot promise you a specific salary or job.

My goal is to give you clear, real information so you can make better decisions.

No new degree does not mean no work.

It means you take a smarter path to your next chapter.
